At the Middle School S2J Summer Academy, we believe education should be equal parts fun and engagement. That is why we offer a unique program that allows you to explore Science in a hands-on way.
During our two-day Academy, students will help conduct experiments, explore science in nature, and be exposed to the latest in medical simulation labs all while learning about science-related careers in our area!
Join us this summer for a journey that goes beyond textbooks and discover the connections between Science and Jobs!

*The Middle School S2J Summer Academy is limited to a total of 60 participants. The S2J Summer Academy is open to current 5th-8th grade students in the Avilla, Bronaugh, Carl Junction, College Heights, Diamond, East Newton, Greenfield, Golden City, Jasper, Joplin, Lamar, Lockwood, Miller, Pierce City, Sarcoxie, Seneca, Stockton, Verona, and Webb City school districts. Seats have been reserved for each district.
